We just finished a teleconference with Venky and have drawn the following conclusions.  It does not appear that a visit is possible due to Visa delays.  Adding to the problem is that fact that I will be in Los Angeles after next week.

I will visit Chennai, but at this point in the project it will not be

possible.  We agreed that the timing will not work out.  More importantly, your team has done such a wonderful job of design and staying on schedule that we will not stand to gain that much from a visit.

For phase 2, I will come over and spend a good amount of dedicated time with your team working on the longer term set of design issues around the full product.  From a business perspective, it will also be very important that we understand what capabilities you have and where we need to be less aggressive in selling.  We are very pleased with our relationship with DSQ as an organization and have found the people on your team to be highly professional and very nice to work with.  I am looking foward to meeting them in person in the coming months.  The client has also remarked how well things are progressing and was impressed by the quality of the work.

Prem Kamble is an engineering graduate from Indian Institute of Technology (I.I.T.), and management graduate (with specializations in Systems) from Indian Institute of Management (I.I.M.), both being the most reputed technology and management institutes in the country. He has passed a course "Energo Cybernetic Strategy - Advanced Management Diploma" with flying colors (from Mewes Systems, Germany). The prerequisite for this course was "an open mind" and the course aimed at developing the intuitive skills. He has also attended self-development programs like Est, Forum, Advanced Course, SELP (Self Expression & Leadership Program), etc. organized by Landmark Education Foundation, USA (earlier Centers Network), and “Essential Mind Power” program conducted by Silva 2000.

He started his career as an analyst/programmer and in less than five years, he helped set up and headed a computer center for a group of Companies. He has been extremely successful both in developing complex computerized applications and in implementing them in the toughest of situations. He has about 20 years of experience in IT management, mostly as head of infotech departments. Presently he is working in a senior position in a software company.

He has published articles on InfoTech management in the country's leading magazines. He also has done some objective thinking on the concept of God and Religion and published his thoughts. Most of the articles display an 'out-of -the-box' thinking, a different kind of thinking to see what is not so obvious. He lives in Chennai with his wife and daughter.
