He has also written on an objective analysis of God and Religion. Though these two areas of IT Management and Religion may seem to be poles apart, Prem believes that they are actually very closely related - both are a study into the human psychology of change. He has authored a book titled "God in Two Minutes" downloadable at Amazon. The book takes a “scientific” look at the need for change in mindsets and myths over the past history of religion. Behavioral IT is a study into the psychology of change of mindsets required from industrial age to information age. He has written on IT Management, Subconscious Mind/Psychology, and on Spirituality/Objective analysis of God & Religion. Visit his blog at https://premkamble.com/blog. Though these topics appear to be diverse, they all have a common objective - "Bridging Divides" and are based on a common theme of “Psychology of Change of Mindsets” – how our biases and beliefs are formed and get fixated though they become redundant over time. His writings help bridge divides in following way:
All three topics on which he has written, including IT Management, deal with people, their mindsets and conditioning of the mind. The common theme of “Psychology of Change” helps change mindsets and helps people to think "outside their conditioning". His purpose of writing is spreading love, not hatred by bridging people to people divide. His objective is to Promote "Religious Harmony, Corporate Harmony and Community Harmony" Google on Prem Kamble, “Behavioral IT”, Mentomatics, “Prem Spirituality Model” or “God in Two Minutes” to reach his website.
